We are currently running a 'book-on-the-day' appointment system. Please telephone on the day that you require an appointment and a receptionist will be able to help you. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus patients will not be able to make appointments by arriving at the surgery, they will be asked to telephone. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding at this challenging time.
**The appointment system is regularly reviewed and changes are made to try and best meet the requirements of our patients.
Cancel an appointment online using My Health Online
(My Health Online is our new online service that allows you to manage appointments and order repeat prescriptions online. You will need to register to use it - find out more about it here.)
If you have a query or problem which you feel can be resolved over the telephone the receptionist will try to put you through to the appropriate person. If the problem is not an emergency you may be asked to leave a message rather than interrupt consultations or delay surgeries.
For all general enquiries it is best to telephone after 10:30 daily.
We support medical teaching in this practice as part of our commitment to high standards in primary health care. Occasionally a member of our practice team may have a student with them.We do however understand if you prefer to see the doctor or nurse on their own.
